Terms of Use

By downloading or using Sudoku Lumina ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them — they're short and reasonable.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App or any part of it.

2. Fair play

The leaderboard is meant to be fun. You agree not to manipulate scores, exploit bugs, interfere with the App's servers, or use automated tools to play. We may remove leaderboard entries or restrict access for players who do.

3. Virtual items

Coins, gems, hints, and similar in-app items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be adjusted, reset, or discontinued as part of game balancing or updates.

4. Availability & changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features (including online features like leaderboards) at any time. We'll do our best to keep the App working smoothly, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App (currently: nothing — it's free).

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend online features for accounts that violate these terms.
